Delivery

The Royal Mail supports Polar Post in delivering your orders. We use a tracked service for all deliveries, both throughout the UK and internationally. 

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. 

You will receive a parcel tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched by our elves so you can keep up to date with its progress.

• From 2025 the $800 de minimis threshold was removed which means that all orders to the US will now incur duties.
• All applicable duties will be calculated and charged at checkout so you will always have full transparency.
• Tariffs vary depending on which country your products were made in.

Sadly due to new EU GPSR regulations we are currently unable to ship to European destinations or to Northern Ireland. 

We are also unable to deliver to the UAE.

International deliveries may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees and Polar Post holds no responsibility for these. This includes orders returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or unpaid customs or duties fees. Any costs associated with this will be automatically deducted from your refund.

• The elves aim to have non-personalised orders out within two weeks of ordering.
• We ask that you allow six to eight weeks for your letter or rosette to arrive. Wherever possible we strive to improve our lead times.
• Please keep the following pre-order dates in mind:

Advent Calendar Refills will start to ship on 20th September. Please allow up to four weeks from 20th September for them to have all shipped.

This year's book The Moonlight Guard will arrive on 5th October. Please allow two weeks for all books to have shipped.

• We do not offer split shipments so your order will ship in full once the pre-ordered item is available.
